Q: How do you get your list of names to ship to?
A: We have a large house file of names as well as buying names specific to our demographics.

Q: What is a Product Review Process?
A: The staff at Museum Tour will look over and discuss your product and how and where it fits into the catalog. Products must be well made and appeal to our education based customer. We do not have competing products in the catalog. If we already have microscopes then that category is full and we will not put in a competing microscope unless it has different features and functions.

Q: Will I get to approve any photography that you do for my product?
A: No, we shoot digital photography which then goes directly into the layout. Our production schedule is very tight and doesn.t allow time to stop and make a separate PDF image of each product to email out. We can however, if necessary, send a black and white fax of the page the product is on once it gets placed in the layout with copy.

Q: Can I obtain photography that you did for my own use after the catalog is dropped?
A: Yes, you may request photos that were shot of your product. They will be sent to you as high resolution digital images on CD.

Q: How long has Informal Education been in business?
A: Informal Education Products was established in 1995.
